CSP’s HR Practice offers a very specialized Outplacement program designed to help HR professionals in transition find their next role faster, and in the most strategic and targeted way.

Utilizing our extensive HR relationship-network in the Baltimore/metro area, we carefully guide our clients through our Outplacement Continuum designed to:

  • fully develop the incumbent’s employment brand, (resume and on-line profile)
  • greatly expand a network of relationships and resources, (we open doors)
  • and provide significant impact around interview etiquette and preparation.

Jason Nemoy, HR Practice Director, comes with 20+ years of HR leadership experience coaching and supporting employees during transitional phases of their careers. Jason is a past President of Chesapeake HR Association (CHRA) and provides expertise in building professional relationships and networking.

Barbara Clark, HR Search Consultant, comes with 20+ years of HR experience managing Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition. Barbara brings expertise in building employee brands and supporting incumbents through the interview process with prospective employers.
