Meet the Team – Sarah Hiltz
Meet Sarah Hiltz, Operations and Marketing Coordinator at CSP.
Originally from Connecticut, Sarah recently moved to Towson after graduating college this past May. She attended Loyola University Maryland where she received a B.B.A. with a concentration in marketing and a minor in writing. After spending the last four years in Baltimore at Loyola, Sarah decided that she wanted to stay and launch her career in Maryland.
Sarah currently works alongside the Operations and Marketing Manager assisting with day-to-day projects and activities. “This position has given me the opportunity to get a taste of the different forms of marketing and business functions that I enjoy performing each day,” said Sarah.
Since starting at CSP this past Spring, Sarah says she has “Already gained an extensive knowledge of the recruiting industry and wouldn’t have asked for a better team to work alongside.” The supportive work culture drew her in immediately. “I feel blessed to have the opportunity to join a continuously growing company.”
Sarah said, “The most rewarding feeling is knowing that I am working in an industry that truly cares for the betterment of people’s lives. CSP helps clients and candidates to find the right fit for a position; while positively impacting a significant milestone in someone’s life. I am honored to be a part of that process.”
Aside from her professional life, Sarah enjoys visiting Fells Point, as well as spending time with friends and family. Sarah loves to spend her weekends on the beach reading a book or cheering on her favorite New York sports teams– the Yankees, Giants, and Rangers.
