How we’re giving back:
Next One Up provides young men in Baltimore City with access to resources and opportunities to enable them to have the bright future they deserve. CSP is involved in mentoring, and supporting the career development of these young men with mock interviews, resume workshops, internship preparation, and more.
JARC Baltimore promotes strong communities, businesses, and households to ensure that people who work do not live in poverty. By providing free manufacturing job training, the organization helps both job seekers and employers advance in today's rapidly changing economy. CSP supports JARC by conducting mock interviews with trainees to prepare them for upcoming interviews in the real world and has held 'Soft Skills' workshops to further develop the trainees’ job-seeking skills and answer any questions they may have about entering the workforce.
CSP Intern Spotlight Program is our path to help young professionals network and kickstart their careers. We do this by developing professional “social” introductions to companies. Every Wednesday we highlight a new candidate in our Intern of the Week posts which live on LinkedIn and our website.
