CSP had been a successful partner for hiring at our Baltimore operations for a few years. When we acquired a company in California and did not have a positive experience with firms there, we asked the CSP to take over the search efforts. Based on their previous success in understanding our culture and our expectations; they were once again able to successfully place multiple individuals for us in that market.
