Promotes Jen Schneider, adds two new hires and an Engineering focus 

BALTIMORE, MD (September 10, 2021)— Chesapeake Search Partners (CSP), a professional search and consulting firm, today announces the continued growth of its Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations practice.  Longtime Sales and Marketing Search Consultant Jen Schneider has been promoted to Senior Search Consultant. CSP has also brought on Matt Levin as Senior Search Consultant and Andrew Fanshaw as Search Consultant, in addition to adding a new Engineering focus to the practice—which is now referenced as “SMEO.”

In her new role, Jen Schneider will lead the growth and day-to-day management of the Sales and Marketing side of the practice. She brings more than eight years of recruiting experience to CSP, first joining the firm as a Search Consultant where she has focused on supporting the development of the Sales, Marketing and Operations practice for the last five years. 

With more than 14 years of recruiting experience, Matt Levin joins CSP as a Senior Search Consultant. In his new role, he will work closely with Practice Director Cameron Shinaberry to grow and develop the Engineering and Operations side of the practice. Prior to joining the firm, Levin was Director, Recruitment and Talent Acquisition at ClearOne Advantage and a Corporate Recruiting Manager at Cowan Systems. He launched his recruiting career at Aerotek where he built his recruiting skills and background for six years. Levin received a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.

Andrew Fanshaw joins CSP as a Search Consultant where he will support driving new business and customer relationships for the full practice areas of Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations. Prior to CSP, Fanshaw was a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Stanton Chase where he primarily focused on Executive Search. He also held the role of Research Specialist at MRIGLobalSearch. Fanshaw received a B.A. in Public Relations and Mass Communications from Towson University.

Black recognized as Very Important Professional Successful by 40 

Baltimore (July 20, 2021) — Chesapeake Search Partners (CSP) today announced The Daily Record has named Johnny Black, Co-Founder and Partner at CSP, to the 2021 VIP List — Very Important Professionals Successful by 40 awards. The award recognizes professionals 40 years of age and younger who have been successful in Maryland. CHESAPEAKE SEARCH PARTNERS PROMOTES BRYAN HOWE AND PATRICK FITZGERALD TO SENIOR SEARCH CONSULTANTS

BALTIMORE, MD (April 21, 2021)— Chesapeake Search Partners (CSP), a professional search and consulting firm, today announces the promotion of Bryan Howe and Patrick Fitzgerald to Senior Search Consultants. Howe will be responsible for growing the Real Estate & Financial Services practice under the direction of Johnny Black, while Patrick will be focused on growth for the Accounting & Finance practice under the direction of Rick Fribush. 

When Bryan joined CSP in 2019, he brought two years of recruiting and business development experience to the firm having specialized in professional services, accounting and finance. Bryan began his career in Charleston, South Carolina as a Business Development Specialist and Logistics Broker with the Allen Lund Company after graduating with a B.S. in Business Administration and minor in Economics from the College of Charleston.

Shinaberry, who will also join the firm’s Executive Leadership Team, will be responsible for overseeing and growing CSP’s Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations (SMEO) Practice. He will also bring on a strong client portfolio in the engineering, manufacturing, and construction sectors. CSP Search Consultant, Jen Schneider, will report to Shinaberry.

Bringing more than 18 years of recruitment and hiring expertise to the team, Shinaberry previously was the Director of HR and Administration at Blueprint Robotics where he launched a formal HR function and developed a recruitment process that led to the hiring of more than 250 employees over four years. A member of the company’s Executive Team, he helped lead Blueprint’s organizational design, culture creation, and overall HR strategy implementation.

He then held the role of North American Director of Talent Management at Williams Scotsman where he created an internal recruiting team that eliminated 90% of staffing costs and developed a performance management platform that was rolled out globally within the organization. Shinaberry also led multiple facets of HR, including talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations as the Director of HR at Coastal Sunbelt Produce.
