Alex joined the firm in January 2023 as a Search Consultant with previous recruiting experience derived from the Climate-Technology industry where he mainly focused on retained executive search. Alex started his career directly after graduating from Franklin & Marshall College in 2020. Before transitioning into the recruiting industry, Alex worked for a year in the employee benefits industry building benefit administration platforms.

Alex is an Annapolis, Maryland native with strong roots in the lacrosse and water-polo communities. Additionally, while Alex attended Franklin & Marshall College, he was a member of their men’s lacrosse team and club water polo team.
