Michelle joined CSP in 2020 and brings a high level of energy and enthusiasm with over 20 years of experience developing and delivering solutions to workplace issues while appropriately balancing business and employee interests. She has focused much of her career in financial and professional services, telecom, and retail industries including working with startup and high growth businesses.
As an human resources leader, Michelle has been responsible for developing and executing human resource programs in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of: talent acquisition, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, total rewards (including compensation and benefits), engagement, communication, risk management, and succession planning. Hands-on and collaborative, Michelle has led the helm of HR initiatives for mergers and acquisitions and is passionate about developing relationships with her business partners.
Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Bucknell University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. She is certified as a PHR and SHRM-CP.
