Operations and Marketing Coordinator

Sarah joined the Chesapeake Search Partners team in May 2023, immediately following the completion of her B.B.A from Loyola University Maryland—Sellinger School of Business. Her specialization is in marketing, complemented by a minor in writing. At Loyola, during her senior year, she was President of the marketing, sales, and management organization on campus, known as the Sigma Society. This experience played a pivotal role in igniting her passion for content creation and data analytics.

Collaborating closely with the Marketing and Operations Manager, her responsibilities encompass a wide array of day-to-day projects and tasks. Sarah coordinates all social media for Chesapeake Search Partners as well as assists the Director of Recruiting Operations with data organization.
