Senior Search Consultant

Kristin joined Chesapeake Search Partners in 2022 as a Senior Search Consultant, specializing in Financial Services, including Family Office, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. She has expanded her expertise to encompass Accounting & Finance, Administrative, and Compliance searches.

With a strong background in client and candidate management, Kristin focuses on recruitment strategy and ethical practices, leveraging her industry knowledge to connect top talent with organizations.

A Baltimore native, she began her career at Sudina Search, Inc., founded by her father, Chuck Sudina, and led the company after his passing. Kristin graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, with a degree in Communication and Geography and is a two-time national champion with the Maryland Women’s Lacrosse Team.

Outside of work, she coaches girls’ soccer and lacrosse and volunteers at local organizations while supporting combat-injured veterans through Catch A Lift’s annual workout.
