Wilma brings over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, certified professional coach, and training facilitator to the Chesapeake HR Solutions team. At CSP, Wilma supports the firm’s Outplacement Services and broader consulting practice, offering tailored guidance to organizations navigating change and talent transitions.

In her role, Wilma partners with clients to develop actionable strategies that align people, performance, and business outcomes. As a seasoned workshop facilitator, she has trained thousands of professionals in leadership development, process improvement, and operational efficiency. She is certified in both MBTI® and Hogan Assessments, tools she leverages to deepen leadership insight and team alignment.

Wilma is a graduate of the Executive and Professional Coaching Program at the University of Texas at Dallas and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. She holds an M.S. in Human Resources and an MBA from the University of Maryland Global Campus, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.
