Jason leads Human Resources searches for Chesapeake Search Partners (CSP), bringing 20+ years of HR experience and a past presidency at the Chesapeake HR Association (CHRA). Before CSP, he headed recruiting for California Pizza Kitchen and held senior HR roles across fitness, hospitality, healthcare, and distribution. A true generalist, Jason has worked across all HR disciplines. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara, an HR Certification from UCLA, and an M.S. in HR Development from Towson University.
