Senior HR Consultant – Chesapeake HR Solutions

Donna is a Senior Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of generalist experience in HR operations. She joined CSP’s Consulting Team in 2019 and now supports clients through Chesapeake HR Solutions. Donna specializes in legal compliance, benefits, HRIS, compensation, and policy and procedure development.

She has a strong track record of building and restructuring HR departments, implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms, and crafting policies, procedures, and handbooks that align organizations with best practice standards.

Prior to joining CSP, Donna served as an independent consultant to a wide range of for-profit and non-profit organizations across industries such as manufacturing, business services, finance, logistics, IT, and staffing.

She graduated with honors from Columbia University in New York with a B.A., earned her Professional HR Certification in 2001, and is currently pursuing the ADP Workforce Now Certified Specialist credential and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation.
