Kate joined the firm in 2023 as a senior member of the Real Estate and Financial Services team and was later promoted to Assistant Director. She specializes in executive-level Corporate Search, with clients spanning Family Office, Financial Services, Healthcare, Private Equity, Professional Services, and Real Estate. Kate leads searches in Accounting & Finance, Executive Leadership, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.

With expertise in executive, retained, and contingent searches, Kate is passionate about relationship building, career development, and transparent recruiting practices. She connects top talent with opportunities by leveraging her deep industry knowledge.

A Baltimore native, Kate began her career at MRI Baltimore-Timonium and studied Art History at Dickinson College. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her blended family, cooking, golf, pickleball, and community involvement.
