Patrick began his career at Chesapeake Search Partners in 2014 as a Search Consultant, specializing in Accounting & Finance searches across various industries. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of the field, leading to his promotion to Senior Search Consultant in 2021. By 2022, he was elevated to Assistant Director, where he continues to lead Accounting and Finance searches with a strategic, results-driven approach.

Patrick graduated from Towson University in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and a minor in Business, while competing as a student-athlete on the Division 1 Baseball team. During his time at Towson, he was involved in PAWS (Proud Athletes Who Serve), honing his leadership and team-building skills.

His experience spans multiple industries and various roles, bringing a wealth of knowledge in talent acquisition and leadership development. Patrick is passionate about connecting top-tier talent with transformative opportunities, always striving to exceed client expectations.
