Samantha Bayliss is an experienced human resource professional and consultant. Motivated by empathy and innovation, she focuses on developing HR solutions that align the organization’s objectives with the potential of its people. As Vice President of HR, her goals include coaching her management teams and employees to help them navigate the ever-changing landscape of a high-growth organization. She has worked in the industries of finance, real estate, and technology.

Samantha is a certified senior human resource professional. She is also a board member of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association, serving as the Membership Committee Chair. Additionally, she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s Executive Network, where she mentors future HR leadership and works with various stakeholders furthering global professional initiatives.

Samantha holds a bachelor’s degree in humanities from the University of Maryland, a graduate degree in writing from Rivier University, and a graduate-level certification in strategic HR management from Cornell University.
