Michael is a rising junior at the University of Lynchburg, pursuing a business degree with a focus on finance, accounting, banking, and data management/analysis.
This is Michael’s second time as Chesapeake Search Partners’ Intern of the Week. Last summer, he completed a successful internship at Cloverland Dairy Farms, where he gained valuable experience in finance and accounting. He is eager to build on that foundation as he seeks his next opportunity.
Through his coursework in business management, microeconomics, macroeconomics, statistics and probability, marketing, accounting operations management, and advanced Microsoft Excel, Michael has developed a strong foundation. His experience as a data analysis intern has further strengthened his skills in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
As a student-athlete on the University of Lynchburg’s Men’s Lacrosse team and a Dean’s List honoree, Michael has demonstrated excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure while collaborating effectively within a team. These qualities, combined with his academic achievements and practical experience, make him a well-rounded candidate for business, finance, accounting, or data analysis internships.
