He has developed strong interpersonal and leadership skills through various work and volunteer experiences. At Mercy Ridge Retirement Community, Peter has served over 900 hours as a dining server, often leading in the private dining room, where he refined his communication and customer service skills, ultimately earning a scholarship for his commitment.

Peter also serves as treasurer of 1000 Schools, a student-led organization raising funds to build schools for children in Honduras. He manages finances and tracks service hours for ~40 members. His involvement with Hunt Valley Church and the National Honor Society further demonstrates his commitment to teamwork and service.
