Assistant Director
The Assistant Director is a challenging and rewarding leadership position at CSP. It encompasses strategic planning, business development, full life cycle recruiting, client relationship management, and peer supervision and development. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of previous search and management experience.
Senior Search Consultant
The Senior Search Consultant position involves working closely with team members and clients while offering mentoring opportunities within CSP. In this role, you will expand your professional network, gather passive leads, and develop your business practice. This position requires at least four years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a professional setting.
Search Consultant
The Search Consultant position is a rewarding opportunity for individuals with proven work experience as an Agency Recruiter, Corporate Recruiter, or similar role. This position involves collaboration with clients, qualifying potential searches, sourcing and screening candidates, expanding your professional network, and growing the CSP brand. At least one year of full life cycle recruiting experience is required.
Junior Search Consultant
The Jr. Search Consultant role is an entry-level position that provides a development track for individuals starting their careers in the professional search industry. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates and building relationships with them, as well as organizing and maintaining data in our applicant tracking system.
